As Executive Pastor of a thriving multi-campus church, I combine deep operational expertise with biblical insight to help organizations build sustainable systems that honor both their values and vision for growth. With over 20 years of cross-sector experience and an MBA in Organizational Leadership, I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing growth with mission.
