At Barnabas Leadership, we primarily deliver our materials and resources in person during our consulting sessions and workshops. This approach allows us to provide the best experience for our clients and ensure materials are properly contextualized within our services. However, we understand that occasionally clients may need materials shipped directly. This policy outlines our procedures for those situations.

Material Delivery

Primary Delivery Method

  • Most materials, workbooks, and resources are provided in person during scheduled consulting sessions or workshops

  • This direct delivery ensures proper introduction and contextualization of materials

  • No shipping costs are associated with materials delivered during scheduled sessions

 

When Shipping May Be Needed

  • Replacement of lost or damaged materials

  • Advanced preparation materials requested by clients

  • Additional copies of resources post-session

  • Special circumstances where in-person delivery isn't feasible

Shipping Options

Domestic Shipping (United States)

When shipping is required, we offer the following options:

 

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

  • Up to 1 lb: $7.95

  • 1-3 lbs: $9.95

  • Over 3 lbs: Calculated at checkout

 

Express Shipping (2-3 business days)

  • Available upon request

  • Rates calculated based on weight and destination

 

Bulk Orders

 

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. For international consulting clients, materials will be delivered during scheduled sessions or provided in digital format when possible.

Order Processing

Processing Time

  • Orders requiring shipping are processed within 2-3 business days

  • Rush processing available upon request

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays

 

Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your shipping request is processed

  • Tracking information will be provided when available

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If shipped materials arrive damaged or are lost:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of scheduled delivery

  2. Email info@barnabasleadership.com with order details

  3. We will arrange replacement materials

  4. When possible, replacement materials will be delivered at your next scheduled session
